"Deerfield has supported many environmental causes over the years including the ongoing restoration of an ancient wetlands on our own property. After seeing the movie, The Cove, with my wife PJ, we talked about what we could do to support the cause, not just a donation, but something with a lasting ability to raise funds for the Oceanic Preservation Society and the saving of the dolphins. The Cove wines serve this purpose with half the proceeds going to OPS. We are extremely pleased to be part of this effort by making available to wine lovers everywhere the passion for our art and commitment to the environment that these Cove wines represent."
